| Kitchen, Garage, and Entry Remodel,Gresham,Oregon, included remodelling of an existing kitchen, existing garage, and rear entry. The Owner was interested in a new kitchen which was modern yet matched the spirit of the existing 1920's house, had lots of light, showcased their plate collection, and encouraged socializing. The existing rear entrance, a poorly designed previous remodel, needed upgrading appropriate to its use as the primary entry into the house. The existing garage needed a new garage door. Work involved design including space planning, lighting, and finishes, and construction. Construction costs were $58,000. |
