| House Interior Remodel, Garage Office Remodel Milwaukie, Oregon, Main house remodel included basement rec room, main floor living room, and master bedroom suite.
An existing storage space was remodeled into an office. Roof, second floor, and first floor structure
of the main house was reinforced to support rehab. Rec Room ceiling joists were partially exposed,
new slanted book shelves and new ceiling lighting were installed. In the living room, new coffered
ceiling made of existing ceiling joists was constructed. The existing fireplace rock was extended to
the ceiling, and new ceiling lighting installed. In the Master Bedroom suite, new closets, mastr bath,
and bedroom space were constructed. |
