Single Family House,
Subdivision Umatilla Confederated Tribes, Pendleton, Oregon. 3 and 4
bedroom 2 story units with adjoining carport were designed to recall
prairie farm houses Each house has a front porch and interior design
details which reflect traditional Native American patterns and colors.
Houses were 1300 and 1450 square feet respectively with construction costs
at $59/square foot.
