Estate Hotel Apartment Feasibility Study

Bruce Sternberg was project manager  for SERA Architects for this 191 unit $10.3 million renovation feasibility study.  The program included adding 2 floors to an existing 3 story brick structure.   The study included inventory and analysis of existing conditions, as-built drawings, conceptual design, and a conceptual construction cost estimate prepared by  Walsh Construction.  Work included seismic upgrade of the existing brick structure. The study eventually led to funding and construction of the project.,
